Bio Bloom is a South Wales producer and online supplier of small-batch biochar, charged biochar, wood vinegar and related garden products. These terms apply when you browse this website or buy from us.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because Bio Bloom products are made and packed in small batches from natural materials, colour, texture, particle size and appearance may vary. Product images are illustrative and screen settings may affect how colours appear.

Please read the product description and usage guidance before purchase and use. Garden and soil results depend on application, soil, weather, crops and other conditions, so specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. After checkout, you should receive an order acknowledgement. A binding contract is formed when we accept and begin processing or dispatching the order.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and available delivery charges are displayed before you confirm payment. Prices, promotions and availability may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Payment is handled through the payment methods offered at checkout. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

We currently supply customers across the UK. Most standard orders are expected within 2-5 working days, although carrier delays and busy periods can affect timings. Bulk and wholesale orders may require separate delivery arrangements.

If you are buying as a consumer online, you generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions may apply under law.

Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Any rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected. Full practical details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Use products only for their described purpose and follow the instructions on the product page, packaging or supplied guidance. Raw Biochar is untreated and should be charged before use for best results; Charged Biochar is prepared for direct soil use. Wood Vinegar is concentrated and should be diluted according to the relevant directions.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your intended soil, crop, garden or commercial application. If unsure, contact Bio Bloom before use.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing and information. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it unreasonably, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, photographs, branding and other content belong to Bio Bloom or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, sold or commercially reused without prior written permission.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Bio Bloom is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses suffered by a consumer. Business purchases may be subject to separately agreed terms for bulk or wholesale supply.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information needed to operate the store, take payment and deliver orders.

This website may link to third-party websites. Their content, availability and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, products, services or applicable requirements. The version in force when an order is accepted will normally apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where they live.
